SHORSE FULKOPI (Cauliflower cooked in mustard paste)

Hello people! I'm back again with another winter recipe inspired by my mother-in-law. This is a quick and simple recipe and best goes with rice or roti. A little on the spicier side for being cooked in mustard paste, hence not really recommended for kids. So lets check out the process of making it. 


Ingredients: 

1. Cauliflower - 1 (Medium to big size)
2. Mustard - 2 tbsp
3. Garlic - 2
4. Green chilli - 2
5. Paanch phoron - A pinch
6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Salt - According to taste
8. Sugar - According to taste
9. Oil - According to requirement 
10. Water - According to requirement 
11. Coriander leaves - Few sprigs



Serves: 2 persons 


Time to cook: 25 minutes


Process:

1. First we need to cut the cauliflower into medium florets and fry them with a pinch of turmeric and salt till it becomes golden brown. You can also boil the florets a little with a pinch of salt before frying. Once done, keep it aside.
