PALAK PANEER

Hey all...! I'm back after a long break 😊. My today's recipe is one of our all time favourite Palak Paneer. Paneer has always been a staple at our place hence love to try new dishes with it. I have chosen Palak or Spinach this time as it is rich in all nutrients and also gives a unique flavour when mixed with paneer. So lets get started.


Ingredients:

1. Spinach - 1 bundle (200gm)
2. Coriander leaves - Few sprigs
3. Paneer - 400gm
4. Onion - 3 medium sized
5. Garlic - 6 or 7 cloves*
6. Grated ginger - 2tsp*
7. Tomato - 1 chopped
8. Bayleaf - 1
9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 (half) tsp 
10. Coriander powder - 1/2 (half) tsp
11. Cumin powder - 1/2 (half) tsp
12. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 (half) tsp
13. Green chillies - 2 or 3
14. Salt - As per taste
15. Sugar - As per taste
16. Water - As required
17. Oil - As required


* We would be needing 2 garlic cloves and one third tsp of grated ginger for making the spinach puree. The rest of the garlic can be grated and kept for preparing the masala.
